We are very lucky to have Nam Restaurant so close to our home. It is run by an incredibly friendly family who make you feel truly welcome. They serve delicious Thai food made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the prices are very reasonable. The value for money is excellent. My daughter was absolutely delighted by the turtles, squirrels, and the beautiful cat, which made our visits even more special. I can honestly recommend almost every dish we have had the chance to try. The fish was the biggest I have eaten on this island so far, and it was fantastic. They also have a small shop and offer scooter rentals, which is very convenient. I feel lucky to have such wonderful neighbors. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–200

I’m so glad to given this place a go. From the outside nothing special, but wow the Thai food is on point. Thats coming from someone whose mom had a Thai restaurant in HK growing up. And what’s even better are the prices that are absolutely budget friendly. 100 points for delicious local food, cooked by local people in a simple and local setting. It’s places like these that make thailand a foodie haven. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I eat here often, it’s a lovely restaurant with amazing, authentic food. It has very friendly staff and overall it’s a great place to go for food!
