ive been a regular customer for the past 5 years. their poke bowls are delicious but their service has gotten worse, rude even when approached nicely matcha latte was bad. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20

I ordered a Long Black, but it tasted extremely diluted, almost like coffee-flavored tea. When I brought this up to the staff, they didn't seem to understand what the issue was and had a dismissive attitude. They ended up just splashing a bit of brewed coffee into it. Terrible coffee quality and disappointing service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
