Excellent coffee! After more than one month in central and Northern Thailand, unable to find one single cup of acceptable coffee, My brother and I located Nanglae Coffee House. Beans are local (I was told they are from Chiangrai), roasted on premises. Delicious coffee. Both the espresso and the oat milk latte were excellent. The beans are potent and high caffeine. Staff friendly and accommodating. The owner is absolutely exceptional, and his english is excellent. Cakes made on premises! Literally next to the “ black house”. Call ahead to be certain they are open, they sometimes close during midday. I typically avoid any food or beverage establishments so nearby to any tourist attractions, but this place is certainly an exception. If you want a real cup of coffee, this is the place.
