This place has major issues firstly for days they would not clean and I would come back and ask them to. I complained about this as coming back 4 pm to a messy room is not what I signed up and paid for. I also was slapped with a charge that the manager on reviewing took off but when I was leaving the hotel a few hours later for the airport they came running asking for the money. It took a few calls and no one listened till they realised their error. All this time I was in a taxi which they stopped which delayed me to the airport. There were other issues like the floors were very slippery and I had a few near misses but my friend who was staying in another room slipped on her first night and badly bruised and cut herself. The breakfast was below average and not the standard expected from a 5 star. My preferred place is Baiyoke which is roughly half the price, better breakfast and location. I only booked because my friend insisted on staying here. There is a new general manager so one can hope that he will take note and improve the current offering.
