Around 7:30 pm on 12/23 Use the "Napoli Online Ordering System" to order food (pay in cash) I called for delivery at 20:40 and found that it was delivered to point B (official website system problem) The delivery boy said he was hanging there and told me to go to point B to get the food myself?????? I saw that my home is about 15-20 minutes drive from point B (it was still raining lightly that day) I called customer service and they said they couldn't find the driver and there were too many orders, so they outsourced the delivery. After answering nearly ten phone calls and communicating frantically, I was so angry. Later, I asked Shulin Store to make a new copy and waited another hour.
