What policy is this when I ask for no chili and the shop say need to put. I as a customer asking without chili and not complaining about anything and why couldn’t cater to my needs? This is so unreasonable.

Was just looking through the menu, deciding on what to eat, when the staff came up to me and said "maam, sorry ah, we're having alot of orders". ok, and? the other staff then said "need to wait around 30 mins" ok, and? so you're having a lot of orders, i am not allowed to order? i got drive away? i am a customer too but i am not allowed to order? i don't get it. i know you're FNB, it's always busy. but if other FNB companies with MORE orders are still able to take in orders, i don't get why mine was pushed away. that's screwed isn't it? might as well you closed the stall & take in those orders only since walk in are not accepted. if losing customers is what you wanted, sure, i will gladly walk away and i did.
