If you are looking for a place in Thonglor that feels less like a pretentious club and more like a high-energy party at a friend’s house, Neighbor Thonglor is exactly where you need to be. Located in the No.88 Project (Thonglor Soi 5), this spot has quickly become a staple for the office crowd and local socialites alike. The Atmosphere: Choose Your Own Adventure What makes Neighbor unique is how the space is divided. You have the Glass House zone, which is stunning for photos and offers a slightly more "chill" aesthetic with its transparent walls. Then there’s the Stage area, which is the heart of the bar. They usually feature three live bands a night, playing a mix of Thai and international hits that get everyone on their feet. If you want a bit more privacy, the Balcony zone upstairs is perfect for a group of friends who want to chat but still soak in the energy from below. Food & Drinks: More Than Just Bar Snacks The food here actually holds its own. I highly recommend the Fried Mackerel Fried Rice (Khao Pad Pla Too)—it’s savory, comforting, and has a great local kick (tell them if you can't handle spice!). Their fried appetizers, like the deep-fried chicken joints and seasoned fries, are the perfect companions for their drink deals. Speaking of drinks, keep an eye out for their "All You Can Drink" promotions; they are incredibly value-for-money compared to other spots in the Sukhumvit 55 area.
