The entire hotel and rooms smelled like old cigarettes. It was awful and no amount of a/c or opening the window could help. It's very old and outdated with old a/c and stinky beds and curtains. Shower curtain was covered in mold. I don't know who is leaving the good reviews but I'm so happy I only booked one night. A large gap under the door of the room let in the bright light from the hallway. It's low price for a reason. Only positive is that is closer to the beach than some other places but I would rather walk a couple extra minutes.

Good prices on room and in the bar. Super nice staff! Welcoming and family friendly environment at the same time you could spend weekend nights at the par with your frineds and have a really good time and tje best coctatils in Kata! Service: 5
