Quick and friendly service. I was served by a newer staff at first but senior staff jumped right in to assist when I asked for something other than regular coffee capsule purchase. Overall experience was smooth and efficient. Recommend visiting this location.

Excellent service provided by the specialist Natalie. She is professional and gave us a very fruitful demonstration. Althought we didn’t make the purchase at the end, she showed her understanding! Impressive!

Excellent customer service, and friendly staff. They are willing to answer your questions related to their product, and not pushy in selling coffee capsules and machines. I don't know whether the services is also excellent or not during busy hours. However, consider the service what I experienced, I think it worth a 5-star.
