100% agree that the service is the worst u can experience. Trying to find out them one of the models and 2 of the sales gals were very rude to us. Visited on 26th Dec 2026 1pm Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was extremely poor. We were already being helped by one salesperson, and she suddenly left to assist another customer then they told us to wait in line again! Overall, the staff doesn’t speak English, they’re unfriendly, and definitely not up to Nespresso’s service standards. They don’t explain the available promotions or the different types of coffee at all. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received from Nespresso anywhere in the world. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
