Lovely experience, we wanted to wine and dine few prospects and they were able to customise pure veg menus for us. The service, ambience and food was impeccable. Our guests were also very impressed. Thanks to Sham who helped us and coordinated throughout the process! Available from 1 to 31 Dec 2025, the festive menu is priced at $168++. The experience begins with Egg Tart topped with Caviar, Quail Egg and Crème Fraîche, followed by Foie Gras with Mandarin, Granola and Caramel. Then comes Gambas, beautifully served in a whole pumpkin filled with prawns, sweet onion and brioche croutons. For the mains, indulge in both the buttery Glacier 51 Toothfish with Garlic Escargot and the juicy Tenderloin with Portobello, Radicchio and Madeira sauce — a perfect duo to showcase the season’s best flavours.
