Very disappointing experience at New Little India. The food quality was extremely poor and the taste was not at all satisfactory. Considering the prices they charge, the quality and overall experience are nowhere near what you would expect from an Indian restaurant. The service was also disappointing. When I raised my concerns and asked for the total invoice, the staff member’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of handling the complaint politely, the way I was treated made the experience even worse. The hygiene and basic facilities were another major concern. There was no proper tissue paper available at the table, and toilet paper was provided for cleaning. I have attached photos as evidence. I also noticed that the restaurant currently has a low Google rating, which unfortunately reflects my experience as well. If you are looking for Indian food in Busan, I would suggest considering other options before spending your money here. For me, this was a disappointing experience in terms of food, service, hygiene and value for money. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. One of the worst indian restaurant in the world. I have been travelled 80+ countries and eaten indian food everywhere but never witnessed this kind of food quality and arrogant behavior. When I politely complaint about the food quality to their person available at that time then that person just ignored us with utter arrogance. This kind of behaviour disappoint us more than food quality, which was pathetic. Request everyone, please avoid eating the food here because here food quality (pathetic), prices (very high) and staff behaviour (arrogant and unprofessional). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000
