Went here for a Chinese New Year family gathering. We've been there before and food was pretty good. This time, however, we had to wait almost two hours to get just three of the five dishes we ordered. The first dish took nearly 40 minutes to come and the second dish took another 20 minutes after that. While we sat there in the restaurant, we watched numerous other tables receive their food first. In addition, the online ordering signal kept going off on the little computers. The head waitress made no effort to apologize or to compensate us in any way for the really crappy experience. Left without receiving the last two dishes. We'll never return again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
