New Royal Arms is a restaurant good budget friendly option for lunch, good is ok, and staff is friendly. This restaurant is a bar at night, but they also offer food during lunch. If you don't mind having your lunch with dim lighting, and cigarettes smell, here can be a option for you. As the light are not bright, it's hard to the the hygiene of the restaurant Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
