The staff were unfailingly delightful at the hotel. The breakfast was great. The pool was fab and kept very clean. We took advantage of happy hour. It’s in a relatively quiet location considering how close it was to the Khao San Road. Very reasonable price. The rooms were an adequate size for the price. The only slight issues were that the air conditioning units struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The power points were in awkward places and there weren’t enough of them. Service: 5

I booked New Siam Palace Ville Hotel on a deal, and that made it feel more acceptable than it probably would have at full price. The room was pretty basic, even though I had reserved a higher category room, so my expectations were not really met. It was fine for a short stay, but I would have been disappointed otherwise.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is so kind! They made us vegetarian special dishes for breakfast and the staff were so helpful. I recommend coming here for your stay and you will feel welcomed by the amazing staff.
