Last week we went Orchard Tower outlet, no one informed us for charging $3 if we take Chili & garlic etc. we thought as per normal like golden mile old shop so we took some red chilli and garlic. When we paid money at casher , I checked the lists, $3 per pax for condiments & ice cream bar and then I asked them what is this. They said, you take red chilli & garlic that’s why charged you $3 per pax and total $9 for 3 pax and asked me to take 3 nos of small ice cream. Really surprised and no wonder why no people at their outlet. Some more they are charging 10% service charge even they don’t help to pour the soup. Be careful for their hiding cost.
