Don't take my review to decide if you want to come here ... or do? At New Victoria, mostly Swiss and German speaking expats meet more or less regular. If you want to meet German speaking people with lots of experience in Thailand, this is the place to go. I was here yesterday, and this group organized a Swiss cheese fondue, which was delicious. Therefore, for me, Victoria gets 5 stars. If you look for a girly bar, then it's a matter of personal taste. A bar is always as good as the girl you meet. Price per person: ฿600–700 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
