自分の近くのお店のもしかしたら写真かもだけど、めちゃくちゃヘルシーでガッツリ美味しくいただけます はっきりいってハンバーガーもカルビ丼もプラントと聞かなかったら、ほんとにお肉としか思わない。食べ応えがっつり味も美味しくて、ジューシーすごくオススメです。 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried NEXT RESTAURANT in Suidobashi and it became one of my favorite vegan bowls in Tokyo. I ordered a “beef style” rice bowl with brown rice and veggies; the soy meat comes in big, tender slices with a rich, savory sauce, and underneath there is plenty of rice, greens and pumpkin. Every bite feels warm, hearty and satisfying, like a proper home-cooked meal rather than a quick takeaway. You actually find it on the second floor of a place called “Ghost Restaurant”, and you go up with an elevator, so the entrance is a bit hidden at first. Once you get upstairs everything is very simple and practical: you order, pick up your bowl and you are ready to go. Even though it is basically a delivery/takeout place, my bowl arrived warm, the rice was still fluffy and the sauce coated all the toppings nicely. Super convenient if you are staying or working around Suidobashi and want something plant-based without having to search for a sit-down restaurant. Great option for vegans and for anyone curious about Japanese-style vegan “meat” bowls. Tasty, filling and easy to reach; I would definitely order it again.
