ZERO STARS. Rude Staff, Awful Attitude, No Soap in Restroom! Visited this restaurant after shopping, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. The moment we walked in, a young waitress didn’t even bother to greet us. she just barked directions from across the room and pointed her finger to show us where to sit. After sitting down, we were completely ignored. When we finally asked to order, the staff at the counter literally threw a QR code onto our table without a word. To be fair, an older uncle stepped in and was kind enough to take our order, which briefly softened the terrible experience. However, a miscommunication occurred and they served beef noodles by mistake. We calmly and politely requested a change. The uncle was understanding, took the wrong plate back to the counter, and brought us the correct order. But it gets worse. The same young waitress spotted the exchanged food, marched over, and demanded to know what happened in an incredibly rude tone. After we explained, she didn't even bother to apologize. She just stomped away as if we owed her a living. To top it off, we went to wash our hands before making payment, only to find the upstairs restroom didn't even have a soap dispenser! This speaks volumes about their hygiene standards. To all tourists and shoppers: Save your money and your appetite. Think twice before patronizing this place. Terrible attitude, poor communication, and questionable hygiene. You’ve been warned! Price per person: $200–250

I'm actually disappointed. Not because I had bad service or bad food. Quite the opposite. I read the reviews and went to experience the so called bad service. Unfortunately nothing was thrown at me. The staff were nice, efficient, with a no nonsense approach. Sat down, ordered via the QR code, received my bill, received my food, ate, paid my bill and left. Food was great. Tasted like home cooked food. No fancy frills. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
