Unfortunately, I came here alone. Staffs will grill all the meats inside the kitchen. So the charcoal grill on your table is completely abandoned, no fun action in front of you. But it’s weird to see another staff grilling meats at the table next to mine for a delivery order. Somehow they will not use the grill at your table unless it’s 2 people or more. At first I was going to order A5 wagyu beef cubes. I’m so glad that I didn’t. So I got pork belly with cheese fondue instead. My pork belly arrived, properly grilled and cut to perfect pieces. I mean, great job to the staffs clearly mastered their cooking skills. But half of the fun kbbq experience completely out of the window. Banchan sides were tasty. Potato salad is the best of the bunch. Pork belly tastes great with cheese fondue but also with other condiments, sauces like salty sesame oil, grilled garlic and kimchi. Also I always order gyeranjjim at any kbbq places. But here, it’s expensive! 290 baht for cheesy steamed eggs. Still delicious though, incredibly fluffy and nowhere near overcooked, even 10-15 minutes after arrival. Overall, food tasted great as this place considered to be higher quality kbbq spot.
