This is located at kempiski hotel inside, not a individual own restaurant

Very nice selection of food on the buffet, additionally you can order some dishes from a menu, like Khao soi, which was excellent. Cappuccino and Champagne are also included. Service was exceptional. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Subject: Appreciation for Outstanding Service To the General Manager and the Management Team of Siam Kempinski Hotel, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and warm hospitality I received during my recent visit to The Addition and 1897 Lounge on March 28,2025. The staff were attentive, professional, and highly accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The special “My Moment” fruit platter was a delightful surprise, and the Hint of Phuket dish was exceptionally delicious. The elegant ambiance, complemented by the beautiful garden view, made the visit even more enjoyable. Given the quality of service, I found the pricing reasonable and well worth the experience. During my visit to 1897 Lounge to purchase desserts, an earthquake occurred. I was truly impressed by the hotel’s efficient crisis management—staff members calmly guided guests to the assembly point and provided cold water and refreshing towels. Furthermore, when individuals from Siam Paragon sought temporary refuge in the hotel lobby, your team extended a warm and professional welcome. This level of care and attentiveness reflects the hotel’s high standards and commitment to service excellence. Additionally, I observed the security team conducting a thorough inspection of the building structure with great diligence, ensuring safety for all. Their dedication was truly commendable. High-quality service is a key factor in fostering sustainable business growth. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and service mindset of the entire team, which greatly enhances the hotel’s outstanding reputation.
