Excellent experience! Lots of delicious wines to choose from, a short menu but very good menu and well suited to the evening. Quite a few bottles but there was 6pax (although 1 not drinking ) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely delightful from start to finish! My experience at Nicolas le Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and elegance, which set the tone for the entire evening. The ambiance was quintessentially French, with soft lighting, tasteful décor, and a charming atmosphere that made us feel like we were dining in a cozy Parisian bistro. The service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing, and our server was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. They offered excellent wine pairings for each course, which elevated the dining experience even further. As for the food, it was a culinary masterpiece. We began with a appetiser of squid, which was perfectly tender and bathed in a fragrant garlic butter sauce—absolutely divine. For the main course, I had the sumptuous lamb rack, which was rich, savory, and the lamb was cooked to absolute perfection, falling off the bone with every bite. The flavors were deep and complex, a true testament to traditional French cooking. My partner opted for the wagyu, which was smokey on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside—flawlessly executed. We finished with a classic chocolate tart, which had the perfect balance of a crisp caramelized top. It was the ideal ending to a fantastic meal. The entire experience was a celebration of French cuisine at its finest—elegant, refined, and utterly delicious. I cannot recommend Nicolas le Restaurant enough to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable French dining experience. We’ll definitely be back for more!
