Excellent cocktails - well balanced as expected from a top tier bar. Service from the bartenders was really great, but I recommend going earlier when it is less busy if you’d like to chat about their cocktails. Bar grub was also fantastic. P.S - if you like boozy milkshakes, ask for the ‘milky way’. It was a secret menu item for us, so definitely ask about this. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Oh Night Hawk, what a vibe you are! I wish I could pack you up and bring you back home. We spend two nights here, on our 3 day stay in Singapore and had a blast. Both experiences were completely different and unique and I can't wait to be back here one day. The first night we came around 9pm and were lucky to get the last two seats directly at the bar. After that multiple people had to shortly wait outside to be seated and the place had a very cool vibe and lots of energy. We ordered two Classics at first. A Gamma Ray holiday and a Kick Artist Fix. My wife lover the Gamma Ray, and it was very refreshing and had a great balance. She dreams about this drink still. Love at first sight, you might say. I had the Kick Artist and it came with an integrated garnish of maple mouse pancake. So fun and what and enhancement of the drink, that was very well balanced. After that I tried Rage, which was a well made spin on a whiskey sour but for me the beetroot flavor was a bit too much. But that's just personal taste and not the drinks fault. The drink was definitely more on the lighter side. The next night the Night Hawk was actually very empty. Which lead to a completely different experience that was just as fantastic, as you can still feel so welcomed and homey there. We came to talk with the Bartender a lot who was a fantastic guy, told us a lot about the drinks, and life in Singapore. His colleagues were equally nice in a great mood and the playlist a banger. The drinks for the night were The connection, a old fashioned style drink, made for a regular guest of the Night Hawk. And after that I had my favorite drink of the two days which was the Slippery Transistor. A very smooth experience of a peanut butter fat washed scotch with a little bit of a sandwich coming with it. Honestly fantastic for whisky lovers. My wife tried the Lust - a clarified drink with a lot of flavor and smooth play on ingredients. Overall the Night Hawk is a must visit not just for the drinks, but also the vibe and people running it. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+
