“Esta foto podría ser una más de nuestra nueva vida, pero esconde una historia sorprendente Esta mañana, en nuestro primer paseo por Thammasat, se nos hizo la hora de comer. Llevamos diez días en Tailandia y queríamos comida occidental, así que encontramos un restaurante a 25 minutos caminando. La zona no prometía mucho, pero igual entramos. Pedimos un filete con salsa de pimienta, espaguetis carbonara y unos entrantes. La comida estaba deliciosa y el precio ¡7 euros con 50! Pagamos y el chico nos preguntó a dónde íbamos. No hablaba inglés, pero con el traductor lo entendimos. A los 100 metros, una chica del restaurante salió en moto y nos preguntó de nuevo. Mostramos la ubicación en el móvil y llamó a otro chico con moto. Nos llevaron a casa. Quisimos darles un regalo, pero no lo aceptaron. Dijeron que el delivery era gratis nunca pensamos que se referían a las personas. Nos habían hablado mucho de la hospitalidad de los tailandeses. He didn’t speak English, but we understood with the translator. 100 meters later, a girl from the restaurant came out on a motorbike and asked again. We showed the location on the phone, and she called another guy with a motorbike. They took us home. We wanted to give them a gift, but they didn’t accept it. They said the delivery was free we never thought they meant people. We had heard a lot about Thai hospitality.
