親切な御主人一家でやっているペンション。自家製の燻製を使った食事メニューが美味しかったです。 送迎は毎朝スキー場まで、到着日とチェックアウト日は最寄りのバス停までしていただけました。 初めてのニセコで判らないことが色々ありましたが全て親切に教えていただけたので凄く助かりました。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

2018.8.122食付きのプランで宿泊。夕食は18:30スタートなので、遅れないように。メインの牛ヒレが最高でした。

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience We booked this ski lodge expecting a comfortable stay close to the hills, but the reality was completely different. First, the location itself is misleading, it is not actually near the ski hills and still requires a 5–10 minute drive just to reach them. The experience started badly the moment we arrived late at night. The host, who appeared very drunk and said he was from Australia, greeted us and showed us the rooms. One room was in the basement and another on the first floor directly next to the bathroom. All night long we could hear toilets flushing and loud drunk foreigners partying in the common area. It felt more like a chaotic hostel than a ski lodge. The basement room was extremely dirty. When we asked the host whether the fridge worked, his answer was literally “I don’t know, maybe it does.” One of the beds had to be pulled out from underneath another mattress and was covered in dust, and the other “bed” was stored in a closet with no sheets, no mattress setup, nothing prepared at all. To make things worse, the host initially asked if all six of us could just squeeze into one room, even though we had booked space for eight people. Two of our friends immediately decided they refused to stay there because the situation felt so unlivable. The listing photos on Booking.com do not match the reality of this place at all. We tried to file a complaint with Booking.com, but they said there was nothing they could do because the accommodation refused the refund. Of course they refused, they had already taken over $4,200 for four nights. The conditions were so bad that we left after the third night instead of staying the full time. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. Misleading photos, poor hygiene, an unprofessional host, and an incredibly loud environment made it completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Service: 1
