けんたさん、みさきさん、アンジェロさん皆物腰柔らかく素敵な方達でしたとにかくグルテンフリーのラーメン凄く美味しくてビックリしました！私はグルテンフリーの鶏白湯ラーメン、友達はヴィーガンの担々麺食べてましたがどちらも濃厚で美味しいのに体が軽い。チーズケーキも少し暖かくアイスクリームと相性抜群で美味しかったです！. As a vegetarian, I have quite a hard time finding something to eat in Japan. Nishiki Market Alley by Moon and Back was the first restaurant in Japan where I could really get something to eat. And not somehow. I have never eaten such delicious ramen as there. Each of my family found something to eat and was totally thrilled with the result. My tip to all who are looking for something vegan / vegetarian or gluten-free to eat - definitely go there. Unfortunately, the great restaurant is quite hidden and therefore not easy to find when walking normally. It is located on the third floor and can be reached both by a staircase and by an elevator. Thus possible for everyone. In addition, the restaurant has a karaoke corner where you can certainly have a lot of fun with a dinner among friends or family with a little extra fun for afterwards. I very much hope that the restaurant gets the attention it deserves and that future visitors can enjoy the warmth of the waiters and the good food.
