京都旅行に行き、自分の誕生日の日だったので、自分のご褒美として贅沢をしたいと思い、お店を訪ねました。初めて来店した私の話を、ご夫婦揃って、たくさん聞いてくださり、帰る際は、お店の出口まで、ご夫婦揃って見送りをしてくれました。お食事もとても美味しく、また、京都に行った際、食べに行きたいと思いました。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000

Nishimura (寺町 西むら): High Price, Average Experience I recently visited Nishimura (寺町 西むら) and left feeling thoroughly underwhelmed, especially considering the final bill. To be clear, the food was perfectly acceptable, but it was simply average. Nothing on the plate stood out; the flavors were mild, the presentation was standard, and the dishes lacked any special element that would distinguish them from a quality meal at a lower price point. My main confusion is the exorbitantly high price. I am truly not sure why the cost is set so high for such an unremarkable dining experience. The value for money here is very poor. While the restaurant might aim for a premium segment, the food itself does not rise to meet that expectation. It's a place that charges a high-end price for a very ordinary meal.
