I took a dinner at esplanade mall. Take a look on other's review at that place first if you are ready to eat at this rubbish restaurant. That was what I ate yesterday night. I need to emphasize that I was traveling alone. I chose a fried rice with seafood, one white pepper crab, one homemade beancurd and one drink. Can you imagine a person to eat such a lot of things in one meal? Actually when I made an order, I asked the waitress how large the fried rice was. She told me that it would be four-bowl size. So I ordered the rice. But finally when it came, I found that it was ten-bowl size. This is the first thing I want to say. Second, The crab I chose was a Canada crab. I wanted to order Sri Lanka Crab but the waitress told me it sold out. The texture of this crab was not firm and the taste of it was just a pepper taste. What I mean is , you can imagine I was just putting white pepper in my mouth. I had to pay S$128 with extra 10% service charge and 7% tax for this crab. It was completely rubbish. i had never imagined I ate such a bad dish with this price. The last thing is, when the waitresses saw such a lot of food on my table, they kept discussing with laugh. They made me uncomfortable. I remember someone said She would take away if she ate, something like that. I could also notice some waitresses kept walking around and entered the kitchen and I heard a bigger laugh from the kitchen. I thought they were discussing with the chief. I would like to say, if I paid such a high price for a meal. I couldn't imagine I was not respected in the dinner. I thought the waitresses were necessary to remind customers if customers ordered the amount dishes over that they could eat. I just want to conclude that it is not valuable to spend any money on dishes in this restaurant. If you want to have such a bad memory in your trip, you may try this. I would like to find email of this restaurant to make a complaint about my terrible experience. If any of you knows, please tell me. Thank you!
