日本食しか食べれないバンコク在住の友達(日本人)に連れて来てもらいました。(笑)　私達は57階のオープントップのお席でした。きっと、アジアで一番高い場所️で頂くお鮨ですね。バンコクには沢山オープントップBARがありますが、こちらのお店の景色が一番良いと友達が言っていました。オープントップなので、１月の夜は肌寒いくらいでブランケットをお借りました。バンコクは、日本食は美味しいですが、バンコクのこの景色で頂くお鮨はなかなか体験できないと思います。シェフは、日本の「銀座久兵衛」でも長くお勤めで、言うまでもなくお味は間違いなしですお店もとても広いんですよ。やはりオープントップのお席は大人気で乾季のこの時期は毎日満席みたいです。サイコーのお食事ができると思います. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿2,000+ Kid-friendliness: オープントップは幼いお子さま連れには向かないと思います。中学生以上が良いです。屋内のお席も沢山ありました。

Finally decided to stop by Nobu Bangkok on the 58th floor of The Empire for a quick lunch—and it turned into a full experience from start to finish. I went for the lunch prix fixe. Started with the Yellowtail Jalapeño—delicate, fresh, and literally melting in your mouth, with perfectly balanced sauce and texture. For the main, the Australian Wagyu Picanha, cooked medium rare, was spot on. Served with a selection of Nobu sauces, rice, and miso soup on the side—rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. Dessert was the Miso Cappuccino—not overly sweet, nicely balanced, and a great way to finish. Paired it with a coffee for that final kick. Elegant setting, flawless service, and an amazing view over Bangkok. Definitely worth a visit—whether for a special occasion or just a regular day you want to turn into something memorable.
