日本食しか食べれないバンコク在住の友達(日本人)に連れて来てもらいました。(笑)　私達は57階のオープントップのお席でした。きっと、アジアで一番高い場所️で頂くお鮨ですね。バンコクには沢山オープントップBARがありますが、こちらのお店の景色が一番良いと友達が言っていました。オープントップなので、１月の夜は肌寒いくらいでブランケットをお借りました。バンコクは、日本食は美味しいですが、バンコクのこの景色で頂くお鮨はなかなか体験できないと思います。シェフは、日本の「銀座久兵衛」でも長くお勤めで、言うまでもなくお味は間違いなしですお店もとても広いんですよ。やはりオープントップのお席は大人気で乾季のこの時期は毎日満席みたいです。サイコーのお食事ができると思います. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿2,000+ Kid-friendliness: オープントップは幼いお子さま連れには向かないと思います。中学生以上が良いです。屋内のお席も沢山ありました。

An absolutely exceptional experience at Nobu Bangkok. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The iconic Black Cod Miso was superb. The Truffle Rice, generously topped with black truffle and served piping hot, was a real highlight, as was the Australian Wagyu Tenderloin with Truffle Butter, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The desserts were equally excellent. We paired our dinner with a delicious Japanese Umeshu Genshu, which was a wonderful discovery. The service was professional and attentive. The only minor downside was that our dishes unfortunately did not arrive at the same time, which is regrettable for a restaurant of this caliber. And finally, the setting simply cannot go unmentioned: the panoramic view over Bangkok is absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. Outstanding cuisine, an elegant atmosphere, and one of the most spectacular views in the city. A truly memorable evening that fully deserves five stars and will remain one of the highlights of our stay in Bangkok. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿800–1,000
