Excellent experience at Nomade Taipei. Beautifully crafted dishes, creative yet balanced, with great attention to quality and detail. A big compliment to Chef Gilles and the team for the consistency and care in every plate. You can really feel both technical mastery and generosity in the food. We’ll definitely be back.
