Visited Nomura Sushi last month when we were in Taipei. We left feeling very happy, as the sushi was top notch and the overall experience was excellent. We love edomae sushi and have tried some of the best in Japan and Europe. This establishment certainly lives up to its one Michelin star, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends. The sushi was very well executed, the neta was delicious, and the two types of shari were excellent. The highlight of the meal was the kohada. It was close to perfection. Nomura san also speaks very good Mandarin and is very friendly. Arigato gozaimasu. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
