Nong Bar and Kitchen, you stole our hearts! This place serves up the most delicious Thai food with a side of love and personality. Nong, the owner, is a true gem - she pours her heart into every dish and drink. She even surprised us with a mouth-watering Caipirinha (not on the menu!) that, as a Brazilian, I can attest is one of the best I've ever had. Nong's culinary expertise is truly a language of love, and we need more of that in the world! You're a treasure of this island, Nong, and we miss you already! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I discovered Nong's Bar and Kitchen after choosing to dive with Flip Flop Divers as they share the same space (best dive shop on the island BTW, check them out). Nong's food was the best we had during our time on the island and she also makes unbelievable drinks! Her mai tai was the best on the island from the dozens I tried - truly they are legendary! The curry and beef stew were so flavourful and delicious and you can tell it was fresh and homemade with lots of love. Nong was always there to greet us with a smile anytime we came by and we quickly became friends. She was even able to help coordinate some excursions for us and recommend other local things for us to do on and around the island. She truly wants to give the best to her customers and you can tell in the quality of the food, drinks, and her friendly personality. We highly recommend this restaurant (and the drinks!) and can't wait to come back here! Don't miss this hidden gem! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
