Happened to buy from this stall as i saw that the queue was short but really enjoyed the fish dumpling noodles! Noodles sauce was nice (not your typical black sauce) and fish dumplings were thoughtfully put in a separate bowl so as to not absorb the sauce and to keep its crispiness - it was still warm and crisp when i ate them. Even came with a bowl of soup and some dumplings inside. Couple running the stall was super nice too. Would recommend :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fish Dumpling

Tuck between food stalls appeared a humble couple who run a stall by the name of Noodle King. Ordered a bowl of laksa since the queue was a-okay during lunch time.yeah, it’s Nam when comes to lunch time. Can’t say this is the best or good for noodle lovers but I can tell you that this is a place for a wholesome soul food. The taste may not be universally unique, but sure gives you the afterschool nostalgia of tasting somethung right out granny’s kitchen. Overall I enjoyed the laksa. However, laksa enthusiast may disagree with meAfter all, this is a place for soul food and wholesome taste. If you’re into heavy palate, this may not be ideal. Where was I.oh the laksa broth is kinda balanced, not too salty, not too creamy, suitable for beginners who can’t take on spicy food. The stall is decorated with tons of punchline and jokes of the Hollywood golden age.so, don’t take them seriously.
