North Viet Pho is a clean, bright, and welcoming spot—a nice environment for a quick bite. The value here is excellent: I grabbed a bowl of pho and a hot lemon tea for a very reasonable HK$68. The staff were a highlight, offering kind and quick service that kept the meal efficient. As for the food, the Vietnamese pho was just average. The verdict? If you're looking for an affordable, filling, and quick meal in a nice environment, North Viet Pho is a good, dependable option.
