Not the best pho that I have in my life, extremely soggy/overcook noodle, the beef almost inexistant and was not raw when the bowl was served but the broth was OK. I would not recommend but if you have nowhere to eat pho, you can go there to have something. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff were a highlight, offering kind and quick service that kept the meal efficient. As for the food, the Vietnamese pho was just average. The verdict? If you're looking for an affordable, filling, and quick meal in a nice environment, North Viet Pho is a good, dependable option.
