Staff was exceptionally and shocking rude! Was addressed as a nonchalant EH x 4.. by raising his voice. Throughout our visit, the male staff was impatient and made us feel unwelcomed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here for food or drinks!! After smoking at the side of the hotel, we even saw him throwing the cigarette butt into the bushes..

Highly recommended esp for families travelling with kiddos. Great food and hotel amenities. With excellent hotel personnel and services. Customer satisfied here. ?

We stayed here last week. Group of 4 kids and 8 adults from the Philippines 🇵🇭. This hotel is highly recommended ❤️
Location: it’s in the middle of everything. Just one block away to wet market,foodcourt, bakery and mrt.
Staffs: all of them are nice and kind especially Mam Toni Rose:)
Foods: delicious food and super huge in serving :) Overall/rooms/hotel: Family-friendly😊Super clean rooms and no bedbugs 👌🏻 unlike other hotels. They have their own cute swimming pool at the rooftop. Very nice structural setting🏠

Your impression of our FRIENDLY & HELPFUL staff are very much appreciated. We are located in the historical estate of Tiong Bahru, MRT & Bus stops are just within walking distance from the hotel and authentic local eateries, cafes, pubs & bakeries are all around the neighborhood. Tiong Bahru Market is 1 minutes away from us, food court is on the second level while the wet market is on the ground floor.
