Stopped by Nualchan Real Thai Noodle on the 2nd floor of BACC. Went for the boat noodle soup with a clear broth base, rice noodles, and pork toppings including sliced sausage, cilantro, and garlic. Simple, comforting, and nicely balanced. Paired it with a refreshing lemongrass pandan drink, which worked perfectly alongside the noodles.
