I am extremely disappointed with your delivery arrangement. My weekly food order was delivered at around 6:00 a.m., which is completely unacceptable for a delivery of fresh, perishable food. At that hour, my condominium security does not allow food deliveries, making it impossible for the order to be delivered properly. Even if the food had been left unattended, it would have remained there for hours before I could collect it. Fresh food is highly perishable and should never be left sitting unattended for an extended period, as it risks spoiling and becoming unsafe for consumption. Scheduling a food delivery at such an unreasonable hour is simply unacceptable. Customers should be able to receive fresh food under appropriate conditions, not be put in a situation where the quality and safety of the food are compromised. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
