I've seen bad reviews but decided to check myself, since I like Olino in Bangkok. Staff here is either seriously untrained or don't care. You can order a normal or crispy pancake. I ordered normal, but got crispy. When i explained them again, they said that hot pancake is only crispy (why you didn't say that at time of order?) How is that possible if I'm living in Bangkok and always get normal non crispy pancakes in Olino there. Maybe someone needs training? Or hire new staff

The young lady there wasn't able to flash one smile during the more than 10 minutes I spent there. Her English doesn't go beyond 5 words so she can't explain the options. On top of that, she's slow and unconcerned. And if at least the products sold were worth it! I'm still wondering how one is supposed to eat that cone-shaped crepe filled with many things from that inverted pyramid cardboard wrapper and with that tiny flimsy heart-shaped spoon they give you! Stay away!
