I visited this place last month, and while the price was quite high compared to the local cost of living, the atmosphere was enjoyable. Even though the air conditioning was not as cool as expected, it was still a decent place to relax. Today, I came back hoping to unwind after a long, hardworking day. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by a group at the next table — two Thai women and two foreign men. What made it even more disappointing was that one Thai woman and one foreign man were actively making repeated racist remarks about Asian countries. It was particularly disheartening to witness a Thai person participating in and encouraging such behavior. The group seemed to dominate the space through loud, toxic conversation, as if being the most disruptive somehow gave them control over the environment. The café itself did nothing to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere for other customers. It appears that those who are louder and more aggressive are simply allowed to take over, while staff remain silent and unwilling to intervene. It is deeply disappointing to pay nearly 300 Baht only to sit through noise, disrespect, and openly discriminatory conversations. Serving alcohol should never be an excuse for allowing such behavior.
