The staff , a senior middle aged gentlemen serving customers near to the escalator , with really bad attitude. We were waiting for him at the queue. He kept us waiting by clicking whatever is on the screen. I didn’t interrupt and wait for few minutes. Instead of saying sorry for waiting, he frown and asked impatiently, with unhappy tone, you want to order now? He asked like this. I told him be customer service oriented. I waited and didn’t make a sound. Yet he behaved very bad tone when he is not even greeting customer. This is a very lousy coffee club standard I have ever seen. This is orchard paragon some more with the branding indulgence. Kindly train this staff. Only one gentleman staff at 4 pm 30 May 2026. Thanks . I ordered the coffee but I never drank. It doesn’t look “safe” to me after I complaint him Directly for him to improve . Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere is elegant, featuring beautiful velvet booths and a backlit wine display. The seafood stew was lovely, but what truly made my evening was the impeccable service. A huge thank you to MeiJuan for taking such wonderful care of me and attending to my table so gracefully. Having the space almost entirely to myself with such attentive service made me feel like a VIP. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ig: @lifetogether97 ——————————————— tucked away on the 5th floor of Paragon, this cozy little corner was such a pleasant surprise! it was our first time trying their mains and we honestly didn’t expect the food to be this good the quiet ambience also makes it a perfect spot for catching up with friends /chilli crab pasta/ – $26.90 our FAV the sauce hits all the right notes, it’s spicy, sweet and savoury with just the right kick!! super flavourful and they were really generous with the crab meat too /the main event/ – $21.90 super worth it for the portion comes with grilled rosemary chicken plus classic big breakfast sides, and you can choose between pasta, fries, or mashed potatoes. the chicken was tender and juicy also, very well executed /prawn aglio olio/ – $20.90 the one was sadly a miss for us it was a bit too bland and lacked seasoning. that being said, the prawns were fresh and very generous tbh /chicken & roasted mushroom pizza/ – $19.90 we usually prefer a thicker crust so this didn’t fully hit the mark for us but flavour-wise, it’s good! loved the runny egg in the middle! /hot mocha/ – $8 really good balance between rich coffee and chocolatey sweetness /iced hazelnut latte/ – $8.50 a little too sweet for my liking i will probably stick to their regular coffees next time heh overall super reasonably priced for Paragon plus the food is actually pretty decent! we also saw that they have a high tea set at $45.90 for 2 so yes we are definitely coming back to try that Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
