We had gone to your Icon Village outlet for lunch just now, which we used to patronise quite frequently. But with today’s experience, I’m sure it will be our last visit. We ordered $15 worth of food and used a $10 Far East Organisation voucher and $5 cash for payment. Unfortunately, the voucher was rejected and we were requested to pay all in cash instead. My voucher is expiring only in Nov 2016 and your outlet is listed as one of the tenants accepting this voucher. There’s no reason to reject the voucher. The male cashier insisted that they had a lot of vouchers and had problem redeeming them for cash. He even TELL US TO GO AHEAD to complain to the management for this matter. If you have problem redeeming the vouchers, please request Far East Organisation to remove your shop from the listing. Otherwise, don’t create confusion and unhappiness and spoil our day with such bad service and attitude.

Bring my whole family there for dinner. We love the curry chicken there. It's very nice and gravy is thick. Their freshly baked bbq chicken wings is very nice also. I Will come back again.
