Dear OMUSUBI Management Team, I am a regular customer at your OMUSUBI - CENTRAL branch, and I am writing to share some feedback regarding a member of your staff, Ching. I was disappointed to learn that Ching has been transferred to another location. As a frequent visitor, I have always found her to be the standout member of the team at that store. She is exceptionally professional, highly capable, and consistently maintains a positive attitude that brightens the experience for every customer. What I appreciate most is her ability to make clients feel truly welcome and "at home." She is always ready to answer questions with a smile and provides a level of service that genuinely keeps me and many other regulars coming back to the store. I understand that internal transfers are a standard part of business operations, but I wanted to express how significant her presence was to the atmosphere and quality of service at the OMUSUBI - Central branch. If there is any possibility of having her return to this location, or if her schedule allows for it, I would be very happy to see her back.
