When I saw the review, it was shown 2.7 that I think the food is deserved higher than that while the service I agreed that improvement was a must indeed. Staff were friendly and supportive. I think if they were equipped about the functional competency, they would be better to provide us with the service level expected. Honestly I have heard foods and sweets at Ootoya were delicious but I have limited experience with Ootoya until today as my 2nd time with Ootoya and 2”1st time at this branch. My kids like the foods a lot (and me too!) and a sweet tooth like me didn’t miss this opportunity to try the sweets. So delish and value for money. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿600–800 Vegetarian options: Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot Parking: It’s located at Villa Ari, a small community mall.
