우즈웨일 OOZE WHALE

우선 저희 분위기와 음식에 대해 좋은 말씀 남겨주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 다만 몇 가지 오해가 있으신 것 같아 답글을 남깁니다. 우즈웨일(Ooze Whale)은 와인바이며, 저희 매장의 주력은 와인과 음식입니다. 하이볼이나 위스키 베이스 칵테일은 주력 메뉴가 아닌 서브 메뉴로 제공하고 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 서브 메뉴임에도 현재 10종류의 칵테일과 16종류의 위스키를 제공하고 있습니다. 또한 약 30종류의 와인을 보유하고 있습니다. 한국에는 바틀 와인만 판매하는 곳도 매우 많고, 글라스 와인을 아예 판매하지 않는 와인바도 저희 주변에 있습니다. 하지만 저희는 레드와 화이트 와인을 항상 글라스로 제공하고 있으며, 포트와인도 종종 글라스로 판매하고 있습니다. 종류가 충분한지 여부는 개인적인 취향과 기준에 따라 다를 수 있다고 생각합니다. 진토닉의 농도에 대한 부분도 마찬가지로 개인차가 있을 수 있습니다. 만약 농도가 옅다고 느끼시는 경우, 요청하시면 샷 추가 등 고객님 취향에 맞게 조절해드리고 있습니다. 남은 한국 여행도 즐겁게 보내시고, 귀국도 안전하게 하시길 바랍니다. 좋은 저녁 되세요. First of all, thank you sincerely for your kind words about our atmosphere and food. However, we would like to leave a reply as there seem to be a few misunderstandings. Ooze Whale is a wine bar, and our main focus is wine and food. Highballs and whisky and cocktails are not our signature items, and we offer them only as secondary options. That being said, even as a secondary menu, we currently serve 10 different cocktails and 16 types of whisky. We also offer around 30 different wines. In Korea, many places sell only bottled wine, and there are also quite a few wine bars near us that do not offer wine by the glass at all. However, we always offer both red and white wine by the glass, and we also occasionally serve port wine by the glass as well. Whether this selection feels sufficient or not may vary depending on personal preference. The same applies to the strength of a gin and tonic. If a guest feels the drink is too light, we are always happy to adjust it, and we can add an extra shot upon request. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Korea and have a safe trip back home.
