ぜんぜん電話に出ない。お店に行くと「予約制です」と断られるが、だったら電話に出ろやって話です。電話に出ず、予約を受け付けないのに、予約が無いなら来るなって、どういう神経で言っているんでしょうか。。。. Price per person: ¥1–1,000

人生初の1レビューです。 アジア人にはおすすめしません。接客態度が最悪です。フルーツを自分で選べるカクテルなのはいいし、高いカクテル自体は別に受け入れられます。でも、まずくて値段も高いお酒はさすがに納得できません。. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000

There is no menu at Bar Orchard Ginza, and if this distresses you, might I suggest Hooter's a few blocks down — they have a lovely laminated menu with pictures. For everyone else: what awaits you in this tiny, immaculate room in Ginza is nothing short of sorcery. You sit down, and before you, like a still life that Caravaggio would have painted if he'd had a cocktail shaker, rests a fruit basket — overflowing with seasonal strawberries, yuzu, figs, persimmons, whatever the Japanese countryside has recently surrendered. You point at a fruit. That's it. That is your entire contribution to this evening. From there, bartender and founder Takuo Miyanohara — a former sommelier turned cocktail alchemist who has been quietly rewriting Tokyo's drinking culture since 2007 — takes your humble selection and, with the focus of a neurosurgeon and the flair of a man who clearly peaked at the exact right profession, constructs a drink so visually stunning you will feel guilty putting your mouth on it. Every garnish deliberate, every layer calibrated, every ingredient earning its seat at the table — this is not mixology, it is thesis defense. If you are the kind of person who orders a vodka soda and checks your phone, Bar Orchard Ginza does not want you, and frankly, you do not deserve it. This is a place for people who understand that the highest form of luxury is surrendering control to someone who is simply, maddeningly better at choosing than you are.
