情報の誤りを報告する
I was the part of your Premium member for almost 2 years. I used many of your products and I very impressed in the Spa quality. However the spa reception at your new branch “ The Sanctury” is very disappointed me in terms of information and services.
My mom booked the treatment and asked for birthday gift which is member usually receive it in the month of birth and she promised that she will prepare it for her on treatment day but when my mom went there to have a facial treatment. She forgot it and shown the bad face expression to us.
I wish you will concern about this matter and improve the employee quality. I wrote this commend, I didn’t mean to discredit Organika but I am the one who really want to see the improvement of your brand.
