The beef steak from the dinner set menu was incredibly delicious. Very nice cozy atmosphere with beautiful city views, and highly attentive service! A hidden gem! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I think the restaurant boasts a classy interior and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with a harbor view, the overall experience left much to be desired. Despite it being a quiet weekday with only 3–4 tables occupied, both the food and service quality were disappointing. A Hit-and-Miss 8-Course Set The 8-course set dinner is reasonably priced, but the execution was inconsistent: • The Starts: The Tuna Salad Tart with Scallops and the Beef Tartare were decent and provided a promising start. • The Soup: The Lobster Bisque was a letdown. Unlike the rich, creamy versions found elsewhere, this was thin, watery, and lacked that signature lobster punch. It simply didn't suit my palate. • The Chitarra Alla Granchio had a good al dente texture, but the king crab legs were served in a way that made them incredibly difficult and inconvenient to eat. • The Pasta Al Taleggio (their signature) was the highlight of the night—rich and well-executed. • The Main (The Biggest Disappointment): The Grilled World's Signature Beef Steak was a total fail. I requested medium, but it arrived medium-well to well-done. It was tough, lacked any deep beef flavor, and was a very poor showing for a Western steakhouse. Even with very few customers, the service was lackluster. The staff didn't introduce the dishes, and the atmosphere was ruined when a kitchen staff member started shouting about being "in a rush to finish work." It felt unprofessional and made the meal feel rushed. While the view from the 30th floor is beautiful, it cannot compensate for the subpar food and service. Given the price point and the competition in Central, ORO has significant room for improvement. I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a high-quality steak or attentive service.
