Went to this bar to watch friends of friends band play. I had read reviews of the sub par food, but thought we would try. We asked after an hour ‘where’s the food’ and the server said they hadn’t started cooking yet, so we cancelled the order. My friend’s food came after 1 hour 15 minutes or so. He spoke to the owner who said they only had 3 staff, so on a busy night maybe he should be in the kitchen helping? The pool table was closed till 10.30 and the owner said because it interferes with people siting at the adjacent table, we were sitting at the adjacent table. The only time he came to the table was to ask my girlfriend ‘how is the wine’. We left shortly afterwards. I agree with a previous review that this bar caters to low spending, misbehaving regulars. The service was poor, zero hospitality and the owners lack of business knowledge combined with a level of arrogance was a waste of an evening. If the business is only for show, not for customer satisfaction and not to earn a profit it has succeeded. Never ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
