久々に来ましたが営業時間は日によってかわるようです。休日も不定休でやってるので問い合わせるのがいちばん早いですね。 Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I came here twice while visiting Otaru when the official website said it would be open, but it was closed on both days. On the second day, there were people probably doing stock check in the shop, and they told me it's only open from April 28th until May 6th. Which I think is golden week. So I assume they're only open during the high season. Don't waste your time if you come during the low season.
