平日の朝に行きました。席は半分くらい埋まっていて、海外の方が多かったです。 先にレジで注文・会計を済ませて、食べ終わったら食器等はそのまま置いて帰るスタイルです。 高めだなと思いつつフレンチトーストを注文しましたが、想像以上に大きいし美味しかったのでオススメです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000

Exceptional coffee, beautiful space OTAS is outstanding. I stopped in for hōjicha and baked cheesecake before walking through snow to explore Kanazawa Castle and the gardens, then returned for a double espresso — and I’m very glad I did. The hōjicha was creamy and deeply comforting, with complex smoky flavours. The espresso was exceptional — the best in Kanazawa and easily the best I’ve had in Japan. The interior is sleek, modern, and elegant with a classic European feel, and genuinely comfortable. Service was impeccable throughout — warm, friendly, and delivered with a smile (and even a giggle). A must-visit in Kanazawa. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
